River Guides & Support Crew


Bring the river to life through stories, laughter, and genuine connection. You’ll help 
guests experience the magic of the Colorado and Green Rivers, from peaceful canyon
 mornings to shared sunsets. If you have a passion for the water and a heart for service,
 we want you on our boats.

Arches & Canyonlands Backcountry Jeep Guides

Lead guests through the rugged backcountry of Arches and Canyonlands National
 Parks. You’ll navigate this red rock playground with a blend of technical expertise,
 humor, and heart. Whether conquering slickrock hills or revealing hidden arches, your storytelling makes every journey unforgettable.

Van Tour Guides


Share the geological masterpieces of our National Parks. You’ll be the expert voice
 highlighting the beauty of the desert, teaching guests about the unique formations of the
 area with positivity and local insight.

Retail, Reservations and Logistics Team


Be the friendly face that starts every adventure. From welcoming guests at Adrift
 Adventures to coordinating tours and gear, you ensure everything runs smoothly. We
 look for professionalism, multitasking pros, and people who provide genuine care.

Bus, Shuttle & Van Drivers


You are the “key” to the guest experience, getting our adventurers safely to and from 
the river. Enjoy the views while working as a vital part of our team, ensuring that safety 
and hospitality go hand-in-hand.
 Housing 
Adrift Adventures provides limited staff housing, pro deal perks discount restaurant food
and more!

Training


Training is conducted on-site, providing hands-on experience alongside our 
veteran crew and existing trips.

Skill Development: New guides will receive comprehensive instruction in rigging, food handling, and rowing techniques.

Flexibility: We accommodate varied schedules. We can arrange for training to be
completed after you finish school or other seasonal employment. 
Required Certifications

Get Certified: Fist Aid, CPR and Food Handlers certificate will be required. Adrift
 Adventures will help you with obtaining them.

Drivers: Jeep and Van will require a medical card and need to have their DMV 
driver read out

Bus or class A or B drivers have to have a current Dot medical card and their
 DMV driver read out
